1. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid Proof of Purchase (POP). Item(s) submitted without POP will be treated as out-of-warranty. 2. A minimum diagnostic fee of RM100.00 is applicable to all out-of-warranty item(s). 3. Repair item(s) not collected within one (1) month from the date of quotation, regardless of reason, may be disposed of at the absolute discretion of Soundline AudioVisual Distribution Sdn. Bhd. 4. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that has been tampered with by unauthorized parties. 5. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control. 6. By providing your personal data, you consent to its use for product-related surveys, services by Soundline AudioVisual Distribution Sdn. Bhd., and marketing purposes, limited to what is necessary. If you wish to restrict your personal data usage to repair and service purposes only, please notify the company in writing. 7. The company accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from transport. We shall not be held responsible for any such loss or damages incurred. 8. Soundline AudioVisual Distribution Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided in the service report.
